What are the office hours?
Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM and on Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM. We’re closed on holidays.
What are the access hours?
7 days a week, 365 days a year from 7 AM to 9 PM. 24-hour access may be available under certain circumstances, call for information.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we do. If you prepay for 6 months, we will take 5% off of the unit rental price. If you prepay for 12 months, we will take 10% off the price.
How do I determine which unit size to rent?
Use an online storage calculator or give us a call for assistance. Have an idea of what you plan store to ensure an accurate unit size estimation.
Do you sell packing supplies?
We sell a full range of boxes and moving supplies. We have boxes of all sizes, including specialty boxes for dishes, wardrobe boxes, and mirror/picture boxes. We also carry wrapping paper, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, furniture pads, mattress and sofa bags, as well as packing tape.
Are there carts and dollies available for use?
Yes. Our facility has moving carts and dollies available to make moving your belongings easier.
What security features do you offer?
24-hour digital video monitoring, perimeter fencing, coded gate access, and individual door alarms. We also have someone that is on-site 24/7.
How do I pay my bill?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, checks, and cash, along with debit cards and email money transfers. You can additionally sign up online to pay, where we also offer autopay sign-up. Call for additional details.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables such as foods, liquids, grains or rice. We also prohibit explosives or noxious chemicals.
When do I get my security deposit back?
You’ll receive your security deposit back in five to seven days after your unit is inspected.
Is there a minimum time period I must sign a lease for?
Yes. One month. Our contract terms are month-to-month, so you’re never tied down to a long term commitment. As a courtesy, we ask that you provide us with at least 14 days notice of your intent to vacate your unit.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
Yes, we offer covered and uncovered parking spaces for RVs, cars, boats, trailers and any other vehicle that you need additional space for.
