What are your office hours?

9:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 4:00 Saturdays, closed holidays.

What days and hours do I have access?

7 days a week, 365 days a year 7:00 A.M to 9:00 P.M (24 hour access may be available under certain circumstances, call for information)

Do you offer any discounts on your rental rates?

Yes, we do. If you prepay for 6 months, we will take 6% off of the unit rental price. If you prepay for 12 months, we will take 12% off the price - meaning that we will cover the HST for you.

I'm not sure what size of storage unit I need?

We can help determine that for you.

Do you have security and what are they?

24 hour monitoring/Perimeter fencing/coded gate access/individual door alarms

Do I have to pay 1st and last month rent up front?

No, only the first month plus a 50.00 security deposit.

Is there a discount for prepaying?

Yes, if you prefer to pay six months in advance you save 5% 12 months in advance saves you 10%

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept mastercard, Visa cheques and cash. We also have autobilling.

Can I store food items in my storage unit?

We do not allow storing perishable foods, liquids, grains or rice.

What about my jars of pickles?

Those would probably be OK.

Is there anything you won't allow to be stored in your facility?

There are some things that we cannot allow in our facility for various reasons such as explosives or noxious chemicals. Please call for details if you aren't sure.

When do I get my security deposit back?

You will get your security deposit back in five to seven days after your unit is inspected.
